I do my best to photograph the work - please keep in mind that the image may appear differently according to your computer screen, and that these items are individually handmade, which will result in minor variations in size and color.
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, I can refund or exchange the item. Items returned/exchanged will be accepted ONLY if they are in their original, unused condition.
I can only refund the cost of the item, and NOT the shipping costs. When an item is being returned, I am NOT responsible for items lost in transit.
Customer pays shipping both ways on returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the order. I recommend using a delivery confirmation/tracking number mail to avoid any unhappy situations.
